Project Overview

Flexis needed a website that could explain a complex, ambitious offer in a way that feels clear, credible, and modern. We designed the UX and UI, then developed a clean, high-performance build that guides multiple audiences through the story: city-focused logistics, purpose-built electric vehicles, and an integrated suite of services.

Objectives

  • Clarify the positioning with a simple, narrative-led homepage flow
  • Build trust quickly through strong hierarchy, proof points, and partner credibility
  • Present vehicles and services as one connected system, not disconnected pages
  • Make technical benefits easy to scan and understand
  • Support a global audience with multi-language UX and clear enquiry paths

Scope of Work

  • UX architecture and navigation: mapping the key journeys across vehicles, services, operations, and news
  • Homepage narrative and content structure: clear value proposition, trust signals, and scannable sections
  • Vehicles experience: structured layouts that make technical information easy to browse and compare
  • Services presentation: translating operational challenges into practical service pillars and outcomes
  • Fleet operations UX: clear explanation of platform support, reporting, and advisory services
  • Design system: consistent components, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns across the site
  • Development and QA: responsive build, performance optimisation, and cross-device testing

Outcome

A premium, product-led website that makes a technical offer feel human and understandable. The experience balances storytelling with practical scanning, helping operators understand the vehicles, services, and support model, then move confidently to enquiry.
