Project Overview

Good Life Meds needed a website that makes a sensitive, high-consideration purchase feel simple and trustworthy. We designed a premium, conversion-led experience that guides people from “find my treatment” through to confidence and action, without overwhelm. The tone is calm, the UX is direct, and the brand feels credible from the first scroll.

Objectives

  • Build trust fast with clear safety cues, clinical credibility, and transparent pricing
  • Make treatment discovery simple with a strong “find your treatment” flow
  • Organise multiple categories into a clean, easy-to-scan experience
  • Keep the site feeling premium while staying accessible and human
  • Optimise for mobile first browsing, speed, and conversion

Scope of Work

  • UX and information architecture: simplified navigation across key treatment categories and user journeys
  • Homepage flow: clear positioning, confidence builders, and a strong path into treatment selection
  • Category and product structure: consistent layouts, scannable detail, and clear next steps
  • Conversion design: CTAs placed where decisions happen, with friction reduced across the journey
  • Trust and compliance presentation: space for safety information and clinical review messaging without derailing UX
  • Design system: clean typography, strong hierarchy, and a restrained visual language that feels modern and credible

Outcome

A premium, conversion-focused website that makes treatment discovery feel straightforward and reassuring. Users can quickly find the right category, understand options, and move to the next step with clarity and confidence.
