Pimpan is a contemporary luxury brand for dogs, designed in Paris and made in Europe. We designed and built an ecommerce experience that feels premium, calm, and image-led, while still being simple to shop. The focus was on strong product presentation, smooth browsing, and a checkout journey that feels effortless across devices.
Objectives
- Create a premium, minimal look and feel that matches a luxury fashion brand

- UX and site structure: Clear navigation across New Arrivals, Shop, Custom-made, and About
- Visual design system: Minimal UI with strong typography and generous spacing to let imagery lead
- Ecommerce build: Product listing, product pages, variants, cart, and checkout flow
- Product presentation: Lookbook-style layout and motion-led product previews to improve engagement
- International readiness: Multi-language and multi-currency switching for global customers
- Bespoke service flow: A simple step-by-step journey for custom orders and atelier appointments
- Brand storytelling: About and editorial sections to communicate materials, craft, and brand origin
- Customer support layer: Clear service access and contact options to reduce pre-purchase friction
